Halton Borough Council has organised a FREE fancy dress party for young people at Upton Children’s Centre on Wednesday 30 August.
The event, running from , 12noon to 3pm is Hawaiian themed. There will also be a skylight circus skills workshop, a bounce soft play, Hawaiian themed crafts, glitter tattoos and much more.
Children can come along in fancy dress and please bring their own picnic as there won’t be food available at the event. No booking required.
