Get into the Christmas spirit next month as Halton Borough Council’s Town Hall Charity Open Day take place on Saturday 4 December 2021, from 10am to 4pm.
Tombola and raffle prizes are needed ASAP.
The Fundraising Team will be raising cash for MIND Halton and LOOSE Music on behalf of Mayor Cllr Christopher Rowe.
There will be various craft stalls, tombola and raffle stall, and of course Father Christmas will be in the grotto throughout the day.
Cllr Rowe said: “Should you have any items that could be of use for the tombola or raffle (ie. unwanted gifts) toys, bric-a-brac, or any items that could make up a Christmas food hamper, ie. Christmas cake, Christmas pudding, mince pies, coffee, tea, biscuits, chocolates, etc, they would be very gratefully received.
“Items can be dropped off either at Municipal Building for the attention of Kay Sparks, or at Reception at Runcorn Town Hall for the attention of Joe Mather Burns.”
All items would be required no later than Thursday 2 December 2021.
Runcorn Community Choir, with Musical Director Jason Ellis, and the following schools will be singing in the Council Chamber on the day.
10.30 – 10.50 Warrington Road & Ditton Nursery Schools.
11.05 – 11.15 St Edward’s Catholic Primary
11.40 – 12.00 Runcorn All Saints CE Primary
13.15 – 13.35 Runcorn Community Choir, Musical Director – Jason Ellis
13.50 – 14.10 Moore Primary
