Halton Borough Council will be distributing its Annual Adult Social Care Survey during January/February 2026 so please look out for it in your post. Not everyone will receive a survey because we are only taking a sample of our service users who are over eighteen and have been assessed and / or have received Social Care Support in the last 12 months. You don’t have to take part, but it would be great if you could; if you forget to complete it before the return date; a reminder will be sent to any non-respondents.
The survey asks questions about your quality of life and how this is affected by our care and support services. It looks at how those services are helping you to live safely and independently in your own home.
Your participation in this survey is extremely important at this time. Your opinion and ideas matter; it will tell us what services we need to improve, monitor and develop further, locally, for our residents in Halton; enabling people to make better choices about their care and support services.
If you receive a survey and are unsure how to complete it, there is help available for you. You can complete it over the phone on any of the numbers below, email us, or you can pop in to any of the Direct Links to have a member of staff help you to complete it.
