If you use Halton Borough Council’s Adult Social Care services, look out for the annual survey which will be sent out in January.
A random selection of service users will receive a survey in the post, so if you get one please take the time to complete it and return it in the pre-paid envelope – you do not need to put a stamp on it. The survey closes in March.
The survey asks for your views on the services you receive and your quality of life. The more people who take part, the more useful the results will be to help the Council assess and improve our local services for people like you.
