A new health app is now available for young people to quickly access support and information – meaning they should never be ‘bored’ again!

A prize draw has been made of the first people downloading it and the winners have been announced as Alex Brazil, Tommy Lee,  and  Ryan Pullen (not pictured). The Runcorn residents won a bike, an ipad and gym membership respectively.

The Health Passport is also an easy way to share painful and personal information, such as a history of abuse or medical matters, without talking about it or repeating it.

To download the app: Go to App Store on the phone and search for the My Health Passport APP and download it or
you can access via the QR code on the flyer which does need to be down loaded.

Or if you have an iPhone and have the app already on your phone you can scan to down load Health Passport APP

Once downloaded click on the three lines on top right of the screen and look at option my details. This is where your information can be stored.
