Cheshire Police are appealing to the public to help trace a missing teenager believed to be in Runcorn.
Ellis Clegg was reported missing from his home in Paisley, Scotland, on Sunday 12 December.
The 15-year-old – who has gone missing before – is known to travel, and has been sighted in the Runcorn area in recent days.
He is described as 5ft 6ins tall, of slim build and has short brown and brown eyes and was believed to be wearing a black North Face tracksuit when he was last seen.
Officers are carrying out enquiries to determine his whereabouts and are urging the public to get in touch if they see Ellis.
Inspector Richard Williams said:
“It has now been 15-days since Ellis left his home in Scotland and we are keen to locate him to ensure he is okay.
“Enquiries to trace him have been ongoing and we believe that he has been in the Runcorn area in recent days.
“If you or anyone you know has any information or footage that may help us find Ellis, please do get in touch.
“I would also like to appeal directly to Ellis to get in touch and let us know that you are safe and well.”
