The Brassworks Quartet is in concert with special guest Per Nielsen at the Brindley Theatre Runcorn on Friday 26 April.

The Brassworks Quartet features its leader Peter Moss (trumpet), with Thomas Rose (French horn), Tim Lenehan(tenor trombone) and Paul Warder (bass trombone).

Each of these musicians have a wide range of musical experience and are familiar faces on the show and concert scene in their own right.

The Quartet will perform a variety of popular brass pieces to suit all tastes and the repertoire includes music from film and show pieces through to light Classical works.

They are very fortunate to have the ever popular concert pianist Per Nielsen as guest for this concert, playing a selection of piano solos from the Classical styles to jazz. Per has been a professional musician and teacher for many years and is a postgraduate of the Royal Northern College of Music.

In another role he can be recognized as the pianist/ organist for TV shows such as Emmerdale and Coronation Street.

There will also be some surprise collaborations to further entertain you and these will be announced on the evening.
