Mark your diaries! Halton Borough Council and Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital (LHCH) are planning a free Healthy Lung Event entitled ‘diagnosing respiratory conditions’ at the Karalius Suite, Halton Stadium on Monday 10 June.

There will be experts from Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission in 2016, who will provide short talks on the diagnosis of respiratory conditions, inhaler techniques and lung health.

There will also be an opportunity for the audience to ask questions at the end of the session.

Dot Price, Manager for Respiratory Diagnostics Department at LHCH said:“We are delighted to have been given the opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of the service we provide which ensures essential diagnosis and treatment of lung disease.

“We hope that the residents of Halton will join us at the event to find out more about lung health and LHCH.”
