Halton’s Business Support Service is aimed at helping Halton businesses grow and prosper through targeted specialist support.

The project is funded by the UK Government, through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, which is central to the Government’s Levelling Up Agenda, providing new funding for local investment UK by March 2025.

The LCR Combined Authority leads the Business Support Service in the Liverpool City Region, with local authorities as the delivery partners for each borough.

Through both 1-2-1 and one-to-many sessions, the service will offer fully-funded consultancy support to eligible businesses in the borough of Halton, with a focus on growing small and medium sized businesses.

This support includes Strategic Management, Strategy & Business Planning, Digital Marketing, Environmental Performance, HR Support, Manufacturing Process & Efficiency, Strategic Marketing & Sales, Tendering & Bid Writing and Financial Management
