The following road closures take place this month to enable work on the traffic signal junction and link roads to the Mersey Gateway at Widnes Loops.
- Waterloo Road – Monday 28 September to Monday 5 October
- Wellington Street – Monday 28 September to Monday 5 October
- Barn Street – Monday 14 September to Monday 5 October.
This will also include revoking the one way system on Wellington Street to allow access to business.
Diversions will be in place for all closures.
Work will be carried out by contractor Balfour Beatty, supervised by Halton Borough Council.
