Showaddywaddy is back at the Brindley Theatre on Friday 21 April by popular request after a previous fantastic sell-out shows in Halton Borough Council’s multi-award winning venue.
Formed in Leicester in the 1970s, the band has sold more than 20 million records worldwide.

Showaddywaddy has made nearly 300 television appearances, including the BBC TV special, Showaddywaddyshow, broadcast between Christmas and New Year in 1980.
The band also appeared in the 1975 film Three for All, where it performed “The Party” from the 1974 debut album.
In total the members had ten Top Ten singles, a solitary number one (“Under the Moon of Love” in 1976), and spent 209 weeks in the UK Singles Chart.
At the peak of their popularity, this tally included having seven successive Top Five entries. Their biggest-selling single was the aforementioned “Under the Moon of Love”, which sold 985,000 copies.,
