The A558 Daresbury Expressway closure from Pitts Heath Lane roundabout to Innovation Way will start on Wednesday 26 July and reopen on 23 October.
The exception to this being the reopening on 21 August-30 August to allow for the Creamfields event.
The closure is to allow for Redrow to carry out work on their new housing development.
A diversion route will go along the A56 Chester Road to the A533 Southern Expressway then along the A533 Central Expressway and back on to the A558 Daresbury Expressway.
