Have you ever wondered what happens to your recycling?
If you want to find out then Halton Borough Council is inviting to you come along to a free open day event, which is taking place later this month at the Gillmoss Materials Recovery Facility.
This is where all of items placed into Halton’s blue bins are taken for processing.
The venue is Bridgehouse Lane, Liverpool, L10 5HA and the event takes place on Friday 26 October between 10am and 2pm.
Council staff will be on hand to provide information and advice about recycling and there will be free giveaways and other community projects taking place so there will be lots for all to do and enjoy.
