Young Halton human beans and chiddlers Roald Dahl fans are set to enjoy an afternoon of ‘George’s Marvellous Experiments’ at Widnes and Halton Lea Libraries. (Wednesday 13 September)
Halton Borough Council staff are organising a host of ‘fizz-whizzing experimentations’ from 3.45pm to 5pm. And it’s all free, celebrating what could have been the great author’s birthday.
