We’re excited to see the return of the much loved Halton Firework Display, this year at the earlier time of 7pm!
The spectacular display of fireworks will be launched once again from the iconic Silver Jubilee Bridge, providing a clear view for residents and visitors in Runcorn and Widnes.
The event is kindly sponsored by Creamfields, Marshalls/CDP, Langtree, Halton Housing and Tarmac.
The advertised viewing areas are at West Bank Promenade in Widnes and Mersey Road Promenade in Runcorn.
Please note there will be no viewing on the Silver Jubilee Bridge and no vehicles will be allowed access into West Bank or Mersey Road (residents only with photographic ID) and, due to Brindley enhancement works currently ongoing, the Brindley Theatre will not be open for viewing this year.
The Silver Jubilee Bridge will be closed from 6am to 9pm on the day to traffic and 6pm-8pm for pedestrians.
