Halton Borough Council in collaboration with Cultivate Halton will be hosting the third and final creative mixer of the year on the 8 December.

Taking place in Runcorn Town Hall, it follows the two previous events which took place on the 13 October at Hummingbird Art Studio in Halton Village and the 10 November at St Maries on Lugsdale Road, Widnes.

Both mixers combined have seen upwards of 80 attendees so far and have touched on a wide range of subjects including the forthcoming Culture 26; Made In Halton Grants. The spaces offer a chance for people to come along to connect, share ideas, and shape what’s next for Cultivate Halton and the borough as a whole.

Cllr Laura Bevan, Executive Board member for Employment, Learning and Skills, and Community, said: “The creative mixers have been a huge success so far, and it’s clear just how many people are passionate about driving cultural change in Halton.

“As someone who has attended these events, I’ve seen firsthand how they provide an incredible space for creatives to meet, communicate, and collaborate. It’s a unique environment where we truly feel like we’re part of the cultural ecosystem in the borough. I’m excited to see what the future holds as this momentum continues to grow.”
