It is with much regret that, following advice from Public Health, Halton Borough Council has taken the difficult decision to postpone the Borough of Culture Bridge Takeover event on Saturday 26 June.
Halton, along with the other areas of the Liverpool City Region, Cheshire and much of the North West, is currently a Covid ‘Enhanced Response Area’ with Covid infection rates still rising quickly in Halton and neighbouring areas, mainly as a result of the Delta variant.
We would like to thank everyone who has worked tirelessly and professionally to put the event together, and all the participants who had come forward to help make it a special day.
We will be looking to rearrange the event at a later date.
