There is a chat show with a difference coming to Halton Borough Council’s Brindley Theatre in Runcorn when Tea with Oscar Wilde comes to the award-winning venue on Friday 6 April.

Join Oscar as he interviews a leading celebrity of the Victorian era, recounts a story or two and invites his audience to get ‘Caught in the Act!’ And you don’t need to go to Reading Gaol to experience it!

Acclaimed actor Jonathan Goodwin plays the famed Victorian wit, in a show packed with comedy, music and audience participation.

The show is brought to you by Don’t Go Into The Cellar! Theatre Company – which describes itself as the British Empire’s finest practitioners of top-notch Victorian entertainment – which brought Dracula’s Ghost to the venue.

Tickets are £12, £10 from www.thebrindley.org.uk and the box office on 0151 907 8360.
