Are you a carer? Want to know what your rights are and what help you can get from Halton Borough Council? Halton Borough Council staff alongside Halton Carers Centre will be in Widnes Market on Carers’ Rights Day from 10am to 2pm on Friday 25 November to offer help.

Each year Carers Rights Day brings organisations across the UK together to help carers in their local community know their rights and find out how to get the help and support they are entitled to.
