Over 250 Easter eggs have been donated by the Foundry Church in Widnes to fostering households in Halton. Earlier this year, the local community and members of the church kindly handed over plenty chocolate gifts for children and young people to enjoy.
Families & Communications Pastor Ste Greenow said “Here at the Foundry we’re always keen to help families in Widnes and Runcorn. Members of our church and the wider community have been extremely generous with this appeal, and we can’t thank them enough. Hopefully this project will bring a smile to people’s faces- particularly during these trying times.”
The eggs will distributed to fostering families by staff as part of their essential visits to fostering households and in line with the latest Government guidance.
