One of Aesop’s fables is being brought to life at The Brindley Theatre next month.
On Saturday 25 February, Halton Borough Council, presents, The Boy Who Cried Wolf in the Brindley Studio.
Jamie has a big imagination. When a tiny bird lands in the forest, Jamie screams “Wolf!” When the villagers see no wolf, they are not happy…Meanwhile, deep in the shadows between the trees, wolf eyes twinkle.
The show is presented by Dommy B who spent 2016 touring his poetry across Canada, U.S.A., India and Europe, and has performed his rhymes on the BBC show Rhyme Rocket.
This is his fifth show for families. It follows last year’s hugely successful ‘When Trolls Try to Eat Their Goldfish’, co-produced by Action Transport Theatre. Directed by Kevin Dyer
It is described as an exciting adventure show with live music suitable for anyone aged five or older.
There are two shows at 1.30pm & 4.30pm and the tickets are £9 from www.thebrindley.org.uk and the box office on 0151 907 8360.
