Halton Borough Council is part of a consortium across the Liverpool City Region given the opportunity to apply for funding to host grassroots football activities locally.
“If you are considering getting involved with football or already participate as a player, coach, referee or fan, your feedback could help us shape football in your area”.
Halton Borough Council’s Executive Board Member for Sport, Cllr Phil Harris, said: “If successful, we will have a unique opportunity to put on sessions and activities- You’re input will help us understand how the money should be spent in each community.”
