Are you under 25, from Halton and struggling to achieve your aspirations? The Mayor of Halton Fund is supporting the borough’s future talent with bursaries to help young people pursue further education and training.
The Mayor of Halton, Kevan Wainwright, is fundraising through a range of events to raise funds for these bursaries, leaving a legacy that will last beyond his term as Mayor.
The fund is delivered by the Halton Foundation, established in 2016. The Halton Foundation is a partnership led by Halton Chamber of Commerce, Halton Borough Council and Halton and St Helen’s Voluntary and Community Action (VCA). The Halton Foundation’s grant making arm is administered by the Community Foundation for Merseyside.

Fund Criteria:
- Aged under 25.
- Live in Halton.
- From a vulnerable family.
- Is a care leaver.
- Has a disability or learning difficulty.
