There are two FREE family events coming to Widnes Market over the next month. So ‘beat down’ to your favourite town centre venue.
Professional Wrestling comes on Friday 2 August from 11am to 2.30pm. There will be something for all tastes, even tag team bouts. (See poster)
Wonder Con takes place on August 9 and 10 from 10am to 4pm, with a wealth of film and TV characters, movie sets and props, comics and merchandise. (See poster)
Both are FREE to the public.
Halton Borough Council”s Executive Board Member for the Physical Environmnent, Cllr Ron Hignett, said: “These diverse events will hopefully attract people who maybe don’t often go to the market.
“I would encourage everyone to check out the range of goods on offer when they attend.”
